Emotion of the Week : Anger

This week we are exploring the emotion ANGER.
On Monday we watched this BrainPop Jr. Video on Anger:

Then students explored their "Anger Buttons":


Moving forward we will explore the Anger Iceberg:


Then we will complete our own "Anger Map" :

Finally, we will explore self-regulation strategies that we can use to manage our Anger.

Introducing Miss. Jenna Lofgren


We are pleased to introduced Miss. Jenna Lofgren to our class this semester!
Jenna is a Mount Royal University teacher candidate in her first year first year of studies. She is looking forward to developing her understanding of creating a well ­managed and comfortable classroom, and learning how to to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with complex needs.
Miss. Lofgren will join be joining us every monday morning.
